Target Marketing: Online Business Marketing

Lumping your customers together into one category can be a poor approach to online business marketing. This is because even though you think they may like the same type of products they are still individuals who have other preferences. This online business marketing approach steers you away from personalization which can be much more effective. It is important to look at a broad number of ways in which you can separate these groups and offer them more of a personal experience. Things such as gift-wrapping, shipping, enclosed personal greeting to the receiver are ways of making the experience a little more personable.
