Team Building Closures

When schools are closed it causes problems for parents who work. The kids love it as it means they have a day off of school – but what do the parents do? They either need a family member or friend who can look after their children, or they need to take unpaid leave. So closures can cause all sorts of problems. And it has a knock on effect at work as if someone cannot come in because of their children someone else needs to pick up the slack and do their work. This can be hard to do but some team building exercises prepare teams to cope with unexpected absences from their team.
