The Benefits of Opensource CRM Software

As a software professional and head of an ITES organization, I always felt the need of perfect customer relationship management software that could be customized according to my and the company’s needs. Using mere Crm software was not a solution to my worries and then I came across an article that said big companies like IBM and Sun were using Opensource CRM Software for managing their products and services. So, it attracted me and I tried its free to use version to check modify and redistribute features. And the best part was that it didn’t cost me any license fees too.
