The Business Environment Is The Leader’s Responsibility

To get through the rough parts of doing business day to day, the leader needs to ensure that the employees have all the resources and factors they cannot control in their favor. The corporate environment needs to be one of:

Trust – When there is little control and much trust, the tendency is that people work better for feeling more self-confident.

Relationship – The interest for what everyone think.

Sense of justice – It is fundamental to recognize what the people do well.

Humor – It does not mean to laugh for no reason. But the good humor is a powerful tool to make the environment better.

 

If you can’t do that, then business leaders should retire from big business and start making money online from home.
