Having been with the same insurance company for 30 years I was indeed shocked and dismayed when after a very small claim on my auto policy my rates skyrocketed. When I called to inquire about this I was informed this was just standard procedure. I was not at all happy with being treated that way and knew it was time to change to a different company. I looked into Auto Insurance Chandler AZ and found several to my liking. After talking to one in particular I was ready to make the change. I chose this company and have been very happy since I am now treated like a human being rather than just a case number.
