Is there always piles of work for you to get through each day? Is getting your tasks done becoming increasingly difficult for you? The feelings of stress that this can bring on can be considerable. How about making some changes so that the situation doesn’t stay the same. There are steps that you could take today so that you start feeling more relaxed. Let me share one time management idea that could help you. Consider all the things that you have to get done and decide which of them need deferring to another time so that you can focus. I encourage you to keep doing this regularly. Although you need to commit to sticking with this, as time goes on you’ll notice that your task list is more manageable. You’ll also be more productive and be able to enjoy more free time.
