Visiting a food show

I recently attended a food tradeshow in London and my goodness, what an experience!  There were stands offering everything from chocolate fountains to kitchen knives to organic meat.  There were cookery demonstrations with celebrety chefs and demonstrations on things like correct storage of food, sharpening knives and correct hand washing.  Some of the Exhibition Stands were really outstanding.  There was so much information that I went home with several bag fulls of stuff.  I also tasted my way round the food and drink section – won’t need to eat for week now!  I can highly recommend visiting a food show.
