What does a surveyor in Surrey do?

A Surveyor Surrey can undertake all types of survey tasks.  It can involve a simple building survey, which would normally be undertaken on a domestic property, whereby the surveyor will survey the building for its stability, strength and will particularly look out for any structural flaws. A building survey is not to be confused with a pricing survey, which would be undertaken by an estate agent.  For this reason, it is no point asking in a building surveyor to give an estimation of the cost from the building.  Obviously on an unofficial level, the building surveyor will have a good idea about the property value.
