Where is it Safe to Borrow?

Everyone loves a fair deal. Well almost everyone. California Payday Loans are probably some of the safer loans of this type in the industry. Why? Because California is the state with the most wacky laws on the books. It seems at times that the people of California like to have everything legislated. In the case of payday loans, it seems that common sense is the order of the day and that people just want a fair deal. There is nothing wrong with paying a fee to borrow a small amount of money for a short period of time. We all just want that fee to be fair.
