Which Companies Offer Seattle Mortgage Loans?

I have just started looking for a house to buy, and I understand that I need to get prequalified for a mortgage. Can anyone tell me which companies offer good Seattle mortgage loans? I don’t know who to call about this. I want to make sure that I am looking for houses in the right price range. There is one that I particularly like so far, but I don’t want to start dreaming until I know that it would really be possible for me to get it. It will be much easier to look for houses once I know the price range I should be aiming for.
