Working hard for certification

My husband is database administrator. He loves computers. So after he got his bachelors degree he decided that the next step is to get some certifications from Microsoft. He knows that these are so important because they help him to show his knowledge and understanding of each subject.
He is currently working on his MCSE Certification. He knows that this is an important one that he needs so that he can work toward achieving his goals and positions in the company. He has been taking some classes and practice exams so that he will pass the exam and achieve his certification.
