When I decided to open a auto-body repair shop I thought that I could hire experienced employees and that everything would run along smoothly. I didn’t realize that with the amount of equipment I would be using that I would also need to maintain that equipment. I finally figured out that I needed to provide facilities maintenance training to the guys working in the shop. Not only did they need to know how to properly operate the equipment but also how to troubleshoot it. I have been fortunate enough to have built a home based business that allows me flexibility and freedom to take care of my family as I want to. When recently speaking to a family member, informing them of our visit to Pretoria, they insisted that we must meet and have dinner at the Waverly Hills Restaurant in Waverly in Pretoria. We hired a vehicle from a car rental company, to ensure our prompt arrival at the restaurant, little did we know of the surprise that awaited us. Upon arrival at this restaurant the majority of our family had booked out the restaurant as all we saw were their happy faces that greeted us in return. We enjoyed a delightful meal served with Organic wine. This restaurant is one of the few places that take pride in their organic produce from Wine, olive oil, olives and grape seed extract.

A couple weeks ago, we had the primary program for our kids during sacrament meeting and I missed it. They sing lots of songs about Jesus Christ. One of my sons was throwing-up. It turns out my oldest son decided not to get up. Maybe he feels like he’s getting too big for it. I was honestly kind of glad I missed it because my grieving friend came and I definitely would have sobbed to see her watching her children sing. My youngest song was happy to get up and talk about what he can do to serve jesus christ.

My gay mormon friend made some Hamburger Helper for my kids last night. She was excited to make it because it’s too much to eat on her own. There were a lot of leftovers too, so I don’t have to cook tonight! Great timing because tonight is Scouts and that’s a busy night for me. My gay mormon friend was so thoughtful to do that for me and think about how hectic my day would be the next day. I’ll have to make her something extra wonderful when she comes over tomorrow. I can’t decide between chicken parmesan and fettuccini alfredo.
