How To Get Help With Issues With Your Facebook Account
July 13th, 2010
As consumers, we’ve gotten used to there always being someone we could call for help in case things go wrong with a particular product or service. Even the makers of our blenders have a technical support line. So in the case of the biggest and the most popular social networking site, we’d always assumed that Facebook has a toll-free helpline number. So is there such a thing as a facebook helpline? Actually, there isn’t. Since Facebook is a free service, they’re not bound by law to have a support number. However, Facebook does have an informative FAQ section called Facebook Help Center. If your question cannot be answered by the Facebook Help Center, you can shoot the folks at Facebook an e-mail and expect a reply anywhere between a few days to a few weeks.
