I Was the First to Try the New Procedure

Our company’s IT department has decided to keep pst recovery software. Near every computer that runs the application that needs it. The technicians are hoping that they will be able to walk us through the repair instead of having to come out into the field. This will save the IT department a lot of time and money. Currently, they have to pay for the technician’s time, as well as mileage reimbursement. I was one of the lucky ones that was able to take advantage of this. When I called to report a problem, the help desk walked me through using the software to recover the files. Within a matter of minutes, my computer system was up and running smoothly.
