Three things to look for when you buy web hosting for your site

March 17th, 2010

Whenever I am starting a site for a client, I get information about traffic volumes for their current site if they have one, or will try and estimate what they might expect traffic wise. That way I can check into three things that you should be looking at when you buy web hosting. These three include disk space, bandwidth limit and for me the number of email addresses. Disk space will depend on requirements such as how many videos and images they want to have. Bandwidth will depend much on the same but it would be multiplied with the estimated traffic volume. Email included is also important as you will likely want to set up a business email when you host your site.
