Lawsuit Advance for Immediate Needs

When my husband was hurt we did not know what we could do to make sure that we stayed ontop of our bills. We had a lawyer and he was very confident that we would win our case, but the immediate concern was our mortgage payment, utilities and car payment. Luckily, we found out that we could get a lawsuit advance. This was a loan that was based on our lawsuit, and did not have to be paid back unless we won. I do not know what we would have done without this advance, as it took six months to get our settlement.
