Birthday Gift For My Mother

My mother recently turned 60. My siblings and I thought a lot about what to give to her for her special birthday. She always says she has everything that she needs, and she lives in a rather small home. Everything that we thought of seemed either too large, too extravagant, or something that she would never use or enjoy. What we finally decided on was cheap dental implants. She had a rather hard childhood, and her parents were very poor. There was rarely enough money to go to the dentist, and she had very bad teeth. We were a little hesitant about giving it to her, but she ended up loving it!
