drinking water the way that yu are supposed to is a major part of feeling good and funtioning good. that is one of the most over looked trick ion the book. it is magic cure for headaches and otrher things like muscles soreness and also just feeling good. if yiu are not going to follpow this rule than you are goig to be in the back of the class because oit really does ameka big differnce. if you are not going to be using this in your program then you are really going to be missing out. it is a big help in a good weight lifting routines.
