You can lose your weight without removing all the good stuff. You will definitely have to get rid of food like red meat, cheese, butter, pastries, as these are the main culprits of weight gain. You will really have to work hard on this one. Try to do some sort of exercise at least for three days a week if you are working. Day jobs should not give us an excuse to avoid exercise as this can only lead to more weight gain.
