It’s a Bad Habit, Quit It!

Quitting smoking is like breaking up with a long time boyfriend who obviously doesn’t have anything good to give. But even though you know that cigarette (and the boyfriend) is bad for you, you just can’t let it (and him) go. But with the help of loved ones and a deep realization, you can move on because there are a lot of ways to quit smoking. The method I chose when I quit was changing my outlook in life. I threw things that reminded me of smoking (cigarettes, lighters, ashtrays) and for the first few months tried to stay away from places where a lot of people smoke.
