least of my worries

After having a few too many to drink one night I ended up winding up the wrong person after my team beat theirs at football. This guy was so unhappy with me he decided to literally knock me into next week and this resulted in an unplanned trip to the accident and emergency department of the city hospital. The next morning I woke up with more than a sore head but a very painful nose. Apparently I had lost so much blood I was showing signs of anemia. Not being the most medically minded person I had to embarrassingly ask the nurse what anemia is? She informed me the least of my worries pointing at my two black eyes!
