not that bad

in the beginnig of the wprkout that i ma doing today i will be doing deadlifts and making sure that i am doing them with alot of heavy weight because that is waht is going to really get the msot out of the ezercises that i am doing and that is the best thing that i can do to. i have been doing this and it is really working and making the most out of te exercises that i am doing to. i like to do the heavy workouts first ad make sure that i ma doing it with all of the intensity that i need. bodyweight workouts are not really that bad.
