Risk Factors for Heart disease

Heart disease is actually an increasing trouble inside society today as the population gets older and as the epidemic associated with obesity gets worse. It is the number one cause of death throughout society these days. Heart disease is really not a disease at all, that is just a term of which is used to cover a number regarding conditions in which can affect the heart. Some of the diseases include things like coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, cardiovascular disease, ischaemic heart disease, heart failure, hypertensive heart disease, inflammatory heart disease and valvular heart disease. Most of these have in common similar risk factors such as older age and obesity.
