The interlobar lymph nodes

The interlobar lymph nodes lie in the depths of the interlobar fissure or each side and have a special surgical significance because they constitute a lymphatic for each lung. This designation results from the fact that all the pulmonary of the corresponding lung drain into that group of nodes.
