Use packing tape to conceal puffy nipples

My officemates wouldn’t wear a plain white shirt for our mini-olympics uniform because he is too self conscious about his big male breasts and puffy nipples. Since it’s a requirement, he obliged wearing the shirts. All through out the event, he was so uncomfortable. We felt pity for him because he used packing tape to compressly cover his nipples. In fairness, the puffy nipples weren’t noticeable.
We have been encouraging him to get rid of his loose man boobs because it only emphasizes his enlarged nipples. He’s giving himself another year of hard training exercise and diet, if still not losing his man boobs, he will undergo surgery.
