Your Reflection in the Mirror

My mom knows that I am trying to lose weight yet again. While at the doctor’s office the other day she picked up a magazine to flip through while waiting to be seen. One article focused on great weight loss tips so she decided to read it. A reader had sent in a tip about the best way to lose weight. This reader had mirrors installed along the length of her dining room wall. She did this after reading a study which says that if you eat in front of a mirror, you tend to eat 33% less than you normally would. I’m installing a mirror in my dining room tonight. I’m curious to see if it works.
