3 Easy changes to lose stomach fat

It isn’t rocket science to lose stomach fat, how ever people seem to make it out that way. I believe it’s because people have a tough time following a plan to losing fat and in turn don’t get the results they want or expect. So I thought I’d share three quick tips to put people on the right track.

1.)Don’t eat empty calories. These include chips, pop, cookies, cream, and most high fat snack foods. These don’t add anything to our nutritional intake but add a lot of wasted calories.

2.)Eat more fruits and vegetables, most of us don’t get enough of these each day. Replace some of those empty calories with veggies or fruits.

3.)Plan your meals and watch portion sizes. It’s a big issue that we may be eating half decent food for ourselves but we’re just eating to much. So in turn our bodies don’t use all of the calories and we end up putting on additional weight.
