3 Important Guidelines

People tend to think that if they are going to start eating healthier, they will need to undertake all kinds of complicated ideas. It is not necessary to become a vegetarian or a vegan or to eat only whole foods – all that you really need to do is start following some very simple healthy eating guidelines.  There are some incredibly simple steps that you can take to improve your health almost immediately. First, try to eat foods that are as simple and pure as possible.  Additives and chemicals are simply not good for you. After that, drink sufficient amounts of water and get some regular exercise. You will feel better.
