There are seperate exercises for both muscular and joint or disc pain problems. The pain will be different for different persons. So we cannot mention the exercises to be done without knowing the area where the problem is. A experienced physician or member of a family can give suggesitons. Doing yoga, or joinng a gym centre will give you a result and you can move without pain in back.
