Cardiovascular Workout Balance

I have several friends that are muscle building machines.  they are as cut as you can imagine, but they can’t run a mile to save their life.  The key to good health and a great body is a proper balance of cardiovascular activity and weight lifting.  If you want to build muscle, you have to lose the fat, and this is tough to do by lifting only.  I have been running on the treadmill for about twenty minutes before my workout, and I have seen some great results from that activity.  It also helps me sleep better at night, which we could all benefit from having.
