Causes Of Different Types Of Insomnia Sleeping Disorder

Physicians and sleep specialists are getting more concerned about the types of insomnia sleeping disorders. Each adult needs at least eight hours of sleep at night to feel refreshed. In cases of acute or chronic insomnia, the person suffers weeks or months at a time with the inability to sleep long periods of time during the night. The types of insomnia sleeping disorder include insomnia which can be due to stress, anxiety or depression. Sleep apnea occurs when the breathing passage is involved. In parasomnias, the person is awakened from various causes because the brain is getting active during the sleep-wake cycle. Treatments for different types of insomnia sleep disorders include behavioral therapy and/or medications. Using sleeping pills is discouraged due to unwanted side effects.
