Cooking Lessons: Making Egg Cake

One type of cakes that is rare is egg cakes but there are cooking lessons just for the egg cakes. These are not cakes that have eggs in them as an ingredient. They are actually made totally of eggs.
There are egg white on the outside and inside there is the yolk. There are many shapes that you can make the egg cakes in but the traditional round shape is the most popular.
You can add colors and flavors to the egg cakes. If you want to save yourself from eating too much egg yolk and having high cholesterol level, you can remove the yolk while cooking so that you will get an egg cake that is made up only of egg white.
