Do you want a Pilates Body?

Many people take up Pilates with a hope to have a nice Pilates Body. But Pilates is more than just helping one achieve a nice figure and good posture. After a few months of reformer training, I find that one of the important things I have learnt about Pilates is the art of breathing. As a matter of fact, alot of us don’t know how to breathe and even if we do, we don’t take time to breathe. Pilates exercises have taught me to be more aware of my body and be more focused on my breathing. Breathing is such an important aspect in Pilates training. As one breathe, the body is able to relax and perform certain activities that are beneficial to our health.
