I have three tips for you that I have learned from my own personal experience; first, drink plenty of water. I typically drink between eight and 10 glasses of water each day, on days that I exercise a drink even more. Second, you should be smaller meals more frequently during the course of the day. Instead of eating three large meals try eating six smaller meals. Last, make sure to weigh frequently and alter your diet accordingly.
