Good Rockfish

Eating fish is one of the healthyest ways to eat.Really fish is high in protein, and low in fat. Fish is also high in good oils for joints. I got the oportunity to grow up eating and catching allot of different kinds of fish. I have cleaned hundereds of fish, and I have cooked and prepaired many different fish. I find that the best ways to prepair is the simplest ways. My favorite kind of of fish to eat is striped bass (rock fish). I like to prepair it in the oven with parsley,garlic and tomato puree. It is super white and flakey. Its great for a diet for fat loss.
