The Great Taste No Pain book was written by Sherry Brescia. She has dedicated several years of her life to study how food gets digested and which types of food cause digestive disorders. This book is stuffed with recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The most important part is that, they cannot be described as painful diets. They are really very delicious yet very convenient for the body to digest. Sherry Brescia has combined every kind of food that people intake with some corresponding food item so as to make the digestion comfortable. Everything is explained in a very simple way so that everyone can understand what kind of food to eat with a particular food.
