How to Get Rid of Belly Fat and Pack on Muscle

If you would like a way of how to get rid of belly fat and of packing on muscle at the same time, here is one way for you to be able to do so. First of all, you need to make sure that you are eating plenty of lean meats and vegetables throughout the day. Make sure that you also include some legumes with every meal since they are calorie dense. Second, you need to lift weights to failure two times per week, allowing your body enough time to recuperate after each session. Do this for a month and you would be surprised with how much of a difference it will make.
