So what if mere spot exercises won’t do in your quest for losing belly fat? Is medication my only hope to free myself from this abnormality? Medications are actually for "special cases" where the patient have no ability to be mobile and thus sweat those fats out. How to lose belly fat? For the ordinary individual, the key to losing belly fat is actually quite simple, and there really is no secret or special program at all. It’s exercise, and eating less (and eat well). So the two key action points are to primarily reduce the calories you eat while consuming the lower calorie foods. Secondly, performing some physical exercise consistently everyday. So both exercise and diet are required to get the full effect. You need to adjust your diet so that you are burning more calories than you consume, at this point you start to "burn" the calories stored as fat in your body. Do this and you WILL lose that belly fat!
