How to Survive the Master Cleanse Diet

Surviving the master cleanse diet is fairly difficult especially if you are not used to relying on liquids to satisfy your hunger. Most experts on such a detox program recommend making necessary preparations before starting the special diet, like adjusting your mindset and preparing for the possible side-effects. They added that it is easier to focus on surviving for three days than going full blast. Once you have managed to stick to the diet for just three days, everything would just fall into place and before you know it, you are already in the tenth day of the program. The most important thing, however, is keeping a strong mind and maintaining your willingness to lose weight.
