Information About Free Online Diets

I am interested in starting a diet so that I can lose about twenty pounds. However, I do not have the money to pay for a diet program that requires the purchase of expensive food. Therefore, I want to know if anyone out there has had experience with free online diets. I have seen a few of these free diets that seem like they may work. Daily food plans and suggestions for exercise are included with the plan. The most attractive part is that it won’t cost me a dime. I would just like to know about other people’s experiences.
