Is it healthy?

To often when I hear women talk about going on a diet the main theme is to lose weight fast. Personally I do not think that is a healthy thing to do. I believe any weight loss program should promote a steady weight loss. If you drop a lot of weight to fast you will find you have a loss of energy and may even find your self getting sick. This is usually because to lose fast you give up heating healthy and open yourself up to a host of problems. I hope these lady figure this out and opt for a more sensible way.
