Jump Your Way Higher

When you go for a morning walk in the park you can do these particular stretches to grow taller. Pick a spot on a branch of a tree that is high enough for you to jump to. Stand below the spot and jump straight up and touch your fingers to the targeted spot. Now to increase the amount of stretching in your body, bend your legs at the knees before you jump up into the air. Take off as hard as you can and outstretch your arms, fingers and shoulders to completely stretch your entire body. Jump 10 times at one go but not too fast. Pause for 5 to 10 seconds between each jump for more effective stretching.
