Living With Heart Disease

A diagnosis of coronary heart disease can be hard to accept and understand. If you do not have any symptoms, it may be especially hard to understand that heart disease is serious and can lead to other health problems. However, it is very important to talk with your doctor to learn about the disease and what you can do to help manage it and prevent it from getting worse. With proper care, it is possible to live a normal life. Living with heart disease need not be a jail sentence. You just need to be aware of the do and don’t.
