Lose belly fat with 3 easy changes

1.)Know how many calories you’re eating each day, and how many you should be eating. A simple way of doing this is to track your calories for a week then take the average. There a numerous calculators on the Internet that will help you with how many calories you should be eating. To lose belly fat keep the number you are eating about 500 below the number you should be eating for your weight, age, and activity level.

2.)Get out and exercise, you can’t avoid this one. You need to stay fit to lose fat no matter what. At least once a day, get out and walk, jog, run or do something to get your heart rate up.

3.)Educate yourself on what foods are good for you, learn that high fiber foods are lower in calories, that vegetables will fill you up and not add a lot of calories. Use this knowledge to plan your meals and cut your calories without starving yourself.
