Losing Unwanted Pounds

It seems that everyone I know would like to lose some weight.  It is hard to stay on a program when you are a busy, working mother.  There does not seem to be enough hours in the day.  We need something that is easy to stick to and that does not require hours of calorie counting.  My friend suggested that we try the medifast program.  We loved the idea that the food is already planned out for you and there is no guesswork involved.  We have been on the program for about 30 days and are experiencing some remarkable results.  I love this program.
