What is perfect quantity of food that required for the reduction of weight or maintain as well? Ingestion of food is one of primary causative factor in weight loss but in additionally we also consider some other factors such as how can be burn the fats, lifestyle, current weight and health condition too.The groceries, which we take are broken down into calories and stored in form of fat in body, in order to avoid these fats, we should follow the low calorie diet chart that containing lot of juices, soups to stock up lost fluids and lot more water while lemon juice provide extra energy.
