Although my sister and her husband very much wanted to have children, he had a low sperm count.  To compound the problem, he will not takes drugs or consider surgical intervention.  My sister kept researching the problem, however, and was determined to find a natural solution which he could live with.  Eventually she found information on the Internet about male fertility herbs which can be taken as a nutritional supplement.  When she suggested the idea to her husband, he liked the idea of taking a natural product and agreed.  To their delight, she conceived shortly after and they now have a son.
