Monthly Acne Cycles

I know it is the funniest thing, or at least those around me think it is funny, but once a month I break out like I was a teenager again. Every month, around the start of my period my face gets extremely oily and I break out in the same T zone on my face. I would love to get at Acne Treatment that I would only have to start using around the time of my period. Otherwise the treatments are usually too harsh and end up doing the opposite of the oily skin and I get horrible dry spots.
