Negatives are Positive

Negatives are an excellent weight lifting technique that has been around for awhile.  It will enable you to push your muscle past its previous limits by doing a slow, controled, negative movement in the lift.  Its not a very good workout to lose belly fat but it does build muscle.  Use this technique spareingly because you are going to be subject to overtrasining and injury if you are not carfull.  You can use these with much success if you do it with proper form and with a good partner.  A good training partner is a great thing to have during these kinds of techniques.
