Normal process of a body detox diet

Detoxification is a normal body process of eliminating or neutralizing toxins through the kidneys, colon, liver, lymph glands, lungs, and skin. Body detox means drinking juice which pushes everything thing else out of your system. Those poisons start building up in our body fat. It can be a way you can jump start your body for a more active and healthy life. You need to reduce cigarettes, alcohol, coffee, eating foods with refined sugars and saturated fats. Juice fasting involves drinking only fresh fruits and vegetables such as carrot, spinach, celery. Water fasting means that only water is consumed. Include in your daily diet whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables instead of packaged and fast foods.
